Our Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns on used or unworn items.
When Exchanges Are Accepted
We will accept an exchange only in these cases:
- You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- An item is missing from your order
How to Raise a Request
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page.
- Share your order number, a description of the issue, and an unboxing video clearly showing the item and the problem.
- Requests without unboxing proof cannot be processed.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
What Does Not Qualify
- Change of mind or wrong size ordered by customer
- Minor colour variation due to screen display differences
- Damage from improper care (perfume, chemicals, water exposure)
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds. Eligible cases will receive a product replacement or store credit.
